We promise this will help bring about a great nights sleep. Before bedtime, light candle and let burn a few minutes until burn pool appears. Blow out, and dip finger into oil, rub into hands and take a few deep breathes .
Lavender is also great in reducing anxiety. As with all our candles this also makes a great moisturizing hand and body butter.
For best burn times:
First burn should always be for a few hours to get the candle to burn evenly.
Burn candles for no more than 2 hours at a time.
If soy sticks to side of glass just use finger to wipe sown into the burn pool.
Once candle is blown out use a tissue or paper towel to wipe glass clean. Once oil hardens cut wick to 1/4 inch.
Also test first for skin sensitivity
Keep away from flammable objects, children and pets.
